HOW CMH & CO. CAME TO BE...

In 2010 I made a big move to create a life in South Australia. On weekends I would reguarly attend a craft market and I loved to see the diversity of craftmakers and creatives.

One stall was ran by a lovely girl who would make the most divine candles, I couldn't not buy one everytime I saw her there! 

She 100% sparked my inspiration and gave me many ideas through her designs, display & presentation. I have built on this to personalise and path my own way and create my product it is today.

We have since re-located to regional Victoria and have created our home and beautiful young family in a small town in Gippsland. Surrounded by beautiful nature and scenery, this sparks so much creative inspiration for me!

HOW DID YOU LEARN THE ART OF CANDLE POURING?

I began attending candle making courses and training in 2022, learning from the best and understanding how the process works was vital for me to feel confident in my own workshop. I love developing my skills further and continuing to educate myself on the best methods and techniques to create the perfect pour.

HOW DO YOU WISH PEOPLE TO USE THEIR CANDLES?

I wish for our candles with their smooth scents to incorporate a softness feel and sense of peace and stillness in their busy lifestyle, a reminder that to ground ourselves, breath and be calm.
